My research interests have been in Political Economy of Human/Social development in Developing Countries(especially Asia): Mexican and Asian Migrants to the U.S., International Production Networks and Economic Development, Economic Crisis and Social Security in Asia, Globalization and International Development, Human Development and Migrant Workers. Recently I come mainly to focus on historical construction of the global hegemony of Peace and Development comprehensively , by exploring how to overcome violence, poverty, and exclusion , or how to implement the goal of building the human (or non-human) -secured and inclusive society.
