My research interests have been in Political Economy of Human/ Social Development in Developing Countries (especially Asia): American-Asian Migrants, International Production Networks and Economic Development, Economic Crisis and Social Security in Asia, Globalization and International Development, Human Development and Migrant Workers. Recently I have mainly focused on Political Economy of Peace, exploring how to overcome violence, poverty, and exclusion or how to implement the human-secured, developed, inclusive society.
