History of Economic Thought (HET)

HET combines past thinkers’ ideas (social background), their theories (internal logic), and their policies (applications). I have special attention to J. M. Keynes and W. H. Beveridge in interwar Britain, who constructed comprehensive ideas on the post-war welfare state consensus. Recently, I am also interested in the viewpoints of war, peace, and welfare, as well as digital humanities such as text mining.
